Calls
- Live: AI and rep calls in progress. Listen, whisper to the AI or take over.
- History: every call with recording, transcript and intent. Tabs: All, Inbound, Outbound, Missed & Voicemail. Call missed callers back from here.
- Voicemail: messages callers left, transcribed and linked to the caller's record, with a call-back task.
Recording Notice
Every AI call starts with: "This call is recorded for quality and to keep a record of your request." Callers hear it in French if your company language is French, and in French and English when they call from a Quebec number.
- Messages: WhatsApp threads. The AI answers inbound messages inside the 24-hour window.
- Calls: WhatsApp voice calls, handled by the AI like phone calls, with transcripts.
Scheduled Calls
Calendar > Scheduled Calls lists every queued and completed AI voice call.
