Webhooks and ERP Connection
Connect the CRM to your ERP or other systems with signed webhooks.
Webhooks
Settings > Webhook Settings sends CRM events to your other systems.
- New Endpoint: the URL that should receive events.
- Send a Test Delivery to check it works.
- Recent Deliveries shows what was sent and the result.
- Archive an endpoint you no longer use.
ERP Connection
Settings > ERP Connection shows the link between the CRM and your ERP: connection, status, AI answers and Share Stock Levels (exact quantity, in stock or not, or don't share).
Axiever support sets up the connection itself. Company admins can view it.
