What your Home page shows and how to use it.
The Dashboard (Home) is the first page after you sign in. What you see depends on your role.
At the Top
A greeting, plus two shortcuts: Book Meeting and New Lead.
Number Tiles
Total Leads, Converted to Customers, Revenue This Month and Ava Resolution Rate (how many conversations Ava resolved without help).
Cards
- Lead Pipeline: leads in each stage. Open Pipeline takes you to Leads.
- Lead Sources: where your leads come from.
- Top Customers, with All Customers.
- Needs You: conversations waiting on a person. Open Inbox takes you there.
- Recent Activity, with View All.
- Sales Targets and Top Performers.
