Launch Approvals and Campaign Statuses
Who approves a campaign before it sends, and what each status means.
Launch Approvals
Some campaigns need a second person before they send: AI-drafted campaigns, and any campaign with Require Approval Before It Sends on. Find them under Campaigns > Launch Approvals.
- Click Review Content and Settings to see the final message for each recipient.
- Click Approve and Launch, or Return to Draft.
Approve stays disabled while any recipient has unfilled merge fields.
Statuses

- Complete ends a campaign. Contacts not yet reached get nothing; the history is kept.
- Editing a Scheduled campaign cancels its timed send and returns it to draft.
Monitoring
Monitor shows contacts processed, open rate, replies, appointments booked, click rate, the A/B result, channel performance and live AI activity.
