Privacy: Exporting and Erasing Data
Export or erase a contact's personal data when they ask.
A Contact Asks for Their Data
Open the lead or customer and choose Export Personal Data.
A Contact Asks to Be Erased
Open the record and choose Erase personal data…. Type ERASE and your password to confirm.
Messages, calls, documents, notes, bookings and chats are deleted. Consent history and financial records are kept, with personal details removed.
Export All Company Data (Admins)
Settings > Privacy Requests > Export All Company Data. Your password is required.
